Meet The Team

The People Behind Your Home

A truly custom home takes more than a great design. It takes a team of people who listen, communicate, solve problems, and care about the details from the first conversation to the day you walk through your front door.

At R&D Custom Builders, you'll work with a team that brings together experience across every part of the homebuilding process—from sales and design to architecture, construction, and the final details that make your home uniquely yours.

We believe the best building experience starts with relationships. That's why we take the time to understand your vision, answer your questions, guide you through the decisions along the way, and keep you informed throughout the process.

Our team takes pride in the homes we build and in the communities we call home. We're here to make the process personal, thoughtful, and enjoyable—and to build your home with the same care, attention, and pride we’d put into our own.

Meet the people who make R&D Custom Builders who we are.
