R&D
R – Ryan has been building homes since 2005 and brings decades of experience and knowledge to the home building industry. As a 7th generation resident of La Vernia, he takes pride in building homes and relationships within the community he has called home his entire life. Ryan is actively involved throughout the building process and can often be found out in the field, meeting with customers, overseeing superintendents, and ensuring each home is built with quality and care from start to finish.
D – Dustin was born and raised in the La Vernia area and brings more than 22 years of business leadership experience to the R&D team. In addition to his role at R&D Custom Builders, Dustin proudly serves as the Volunteer Chairman of the Guadalupe County Youth Show. While Ryan oversees the field operations, Dustin works behind the scenes managing the day-to-day business operations and handling the countless details that keep projects and the company running smoothly.
